There are lots of teams that could potentially translate it, but not many are interested because it is already available in English for Playstation. There is one group working on it but as the site says, it's "very low priority".

Any chance there's a translation team out there somewhere that could translate this little gem?
I had the PS version with it horrendous load times, and it was extremely hard to find.
Great game as its team went on to do FF Tactics...
