GAME CUBE RESIDENT EVIL 2/3 sound issues

I download them put them in the right place, and when I play them the background music cuts in and out in and out non stop, its worse in re3, where you cant hear jill talking at the start then the video plays of the city just fine, then jill talking to that man that locks himself up in the locker is word nothing sound trying to cut in word and its out again not getting the full convo in, re2, wasnt as bad as re3 is starting to game wise. I tried to redownload them from site and such with nothing working, I really need all help and all options. I would like to play them again with everything working as it should be
