Just found a few other threads mentioning the same issue:

I'm running chrome 80.0.3987.149 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Mac OS Mojave

It's only those files that had this problem, I've downloaded other wbfs files succesfully

A few people have reported the wrong format downloads but I can't reproduce it. What's your OS, browser, and browser version?
