.7z extraction to .gcn and .wbfs

I am having trouble extracting the files. After they finish downloading I use 7zip file manager and press 'extract here'. when it is finished it turns into a 'disk image file'. When i open this file on dolphin it permanently black screens and i have to restart me computer. What do I do.
