Yes, I downloaded the "NKit 1.4 + Wii Partitions" files posted at the link you shared. I am on Linux, not Windows, so I have the command line output and no screenshots. The NKit release notes state that it will work on Linux with mono. And, I was able to do hundreds of other files without match errors. When I went through a large library of files, about 35 of 1100 had similar errors.
That said, if it works in Windows, then there must be a difference in the checksum libraries that are used in Windows vs Ubuntu 19.10. Or, maybe there are filesystem differences that affect the checksums, I dunno. I'll try it in Windows 10 via a VM and see if I have better luck there.
