Search around on the EMUforums. Trust me, it's there. I believe a guy named Vanit posted the hi-rez Cloud field model, not sure about the battle one though.
Unfortunately, you have to sign up for the forums to see any attached images, and no commercial email adresses allowed.
And have you seen this patch at all anywhere on the net. According to ff7citadel.com such things never existed and the only thing you can find that needs to be unlocked thru gameshark or pc hack is the developers room.
