I'm having the same problem right now.
Okay, whenever I try to download a rom, everything appears to be goig smoothly, but then when I click the windows XP link as I always have had to do, it says it's expired right when I click it and says it usually expires after 30 seconds, but it hasn't been 30 seconds.
