Oh so they do the same thing. I thought the SNES tool was just for SNES. T'll give that one a try first then. Thanks! ^_^!
IPS.exe does the same thing as this program. Try it and it'll work, trust me. But I guess if SNES Tool is too complicated for you, you can use IPSWin.
