I did some research and it looks like i am missing some
NAND DUMP files.... I looked for the ones that apply to this particular game and loaded them but still a no go.... oh well...
oh hmmm.... I changed a few display settings. Thank you for trying this. I will mess around with the settings more and see if I can get it to work.
