K if you have it, extract it and you will end up with a folder like this

Extract your .nkit game if it is compressed, then drag and drop it on the ConvertToISO file in the NKit + Wii Partitions folder
I had no idea what GBAtemp was so I looked it up. So you did download NKit + Wii partitions then?
