What if you have 2 of the same contorller and you only installed one of them but the one that isn'[t installed is still dected by your computer?
You first need to make sure that Windows recognizes both controllers by going to the Control Panel -> Game Controllers and checking the list of controllers. It should look something like this:
Then check to make sure that both controllers work by checking the properties. If they are working fine, then they should work in ZSNES.
