Just go into the emulator settings and configure the controls any way you like
I did it with the PlayStation emulator. Before the thumb sticks came out, games used to use L2 and R2 to look up and down. So I just configured the controls in the emulator to bind L2 and R2 to the thumb sticks. Worked great
I guess I am wondering if there is anything I can do to fix the inverted aim on Conkers, it would make the gameplay so much easier for me since it is somewhat a shooter
