The game is called Mystic Ark, even though it isn't exactly the sequel to 7th Saga. The translation is being worked on here if you are interested.
I once played an untranslated ROM which was suppose to be 7th saga 2 but have never been able to get ahold of it since then note* I played it on a SNES Emulator ZSNESW
