Are the Roms here clean or AP patched

I am playing Pokemon Ranger: Guardian Signs using Twilight Menu on my 3ds. The game crashes when you leave the mansion and are sent back in time by Celebi. There is a problem with the nds_Bootstrap for TwilightMenu, not the actual rom. One of the proposed fixes is to use a clean rom not an AP patched rom. I got my rom from Vimms and just need to know if the roms here are AP patched or clean? Thanks
