This depends on a bunch of things. Like if this is a modded device like a 3DS or PSP or something. Or if it's a device someone made. Most of the devices I've seen people build, like the raspberry pi ones, have a usb port for transferring data so if that's the case then you most likely just need to plug it in and move the files to the device.
If you send a link to the device or something that wold help a great deal.
I bought a hand held emulator and i downloaded roms from here, so now how do i transfer the roms to the physical emulator? Sorry forst time user here. Thanks in advance.
