Go into your options (in IE it should be Tools > Internet Options > Privacy )and make sure your browser accepts cookies. If you have the security jacked up all the way, your browser likely won't accept cookies.

Please help,Every time I go to download a game from the vault, it says Error: A required cookie was not found. Please ensure that cookies are not disabled then return to the Homepage to set it.
