Stone tablets isn't much to go on and the only NES game I can think of that might have had anything to do with them is the Bible Games game. It was a set of platformers (though I don't think any of them dealt SPECIFICALLY with stone tablets being a goal or theme).

I'm trying to track down an old NES game I played as a child, I don't really remember much about it other than it had a storyline about Stone Tablets or something. I think it might have been a platformer, I know it's a long shot so no worries either way.
