Okay dube the link that is first IS the page where it is. You have to scrolll to it. I didn't know which one would work and that's why I just gave you the page in case you might know if they would work or not. The second link is the patch and it's on the page where you download said patch.
I'm sorry to say, but Dragon Quest IV(4) is not at the location you have provided.
