Cookies...

Everytime i try to get access to the vault i receive this error...
Error: A required cookie was not found. Please ensure that cookies are not disabled then return to the Homepage to set it.
I have turned off Internet Explorer's privacy options, i have restarted my computer, i have no other privacy software, i have tried the link... What am i missing?
