Nobody says you have to use Internet Explorer. Mozilla Firefox handles it perfectly well.

I use Opera as my primary browser and the download script seems to think that it uses an accelerator. It doesn't (I think). It would be nice if I didn't have to switch to the world of Internet Explorer to use this site.
