This question gets asked a lot, it should be in the FAQ.

Anyway, Vimm has a policy against mass-downloading.
1) A lot of files, or one big file, is hard for the server to handle/distribute.  Meanwhile, your download(s) take(s) away from other people's ability to download (the server can only transfer files so quickly).
2) Are you really going to play every single game?

I've been working on the uber collection of Nintendo and Super Nintendo games. I noticed the main site says it has every Nintendo and Super Nintendo game ever released in the US.

Is there any way I can get one big .zip or torrent that would contain all the files available? I'm willing to pay for the trouble.
