Vault Store Handling/Shipping

First, thanks to anyone who reads this.
Second, I don't know if I'm writing in the right place, if not I'll try moving it >_>
And last, I was thinking of buying a few PS Games, on the Vault Store, checked it was OK, pressed on Billing Thingy, and it asked me to go calculate Handling fees. So I did, selected my country (Canada), and it wrote me the following:
"International Rates
The following error was returned
Invalid XML At least one name is required at this location.
The source of the error was
IntlRate_Respond;SolServerRates.IntlRate_Respond "
What do I do, am I damned to stay gameless, or what? Help me please v.v
