Unless of course, a game programmer back in the 80's knew that one day we'd be playing these games on our Windows PCs and devised a Nintendo virus that would exploit an emulator to cripple Windows XP!!!
No, but I've visited emulation *sites* that had trojans on them. The vandals would show up before you even downloaded anything.
So they're not in the files themselves, just in the websites.
