Mario Party 7 Black Screen and Freezing Up

Most the games I have done haven't have any issues but Mario Party 7 keeps causing a black screen when I try to load it and freezes up to the point that the only way to even do anything is to fully shut off my Wii and turn it back on. Is there anyway to fix it or does anyone know what is happening?
