Probably because there are no real working emulators for those systems. CXBXR has had some progress but can only play about 5 games. Xenia for 360 is getting better but doesnt support compressed files and not every game is playable. So unless you plan on playing the games on modded OG hardware then there is not real reason to download them.
i wanted to look for xbox roms, and this is the only safe site i know so far, however theres no vault for xbox or xbox 360 games on vimm's lair, is there a reason for this?
