This. For proof I can't really provide hard evidence myself but I can tell you I've used this site since it came online and I have collected the entirety of the NES, SNES, PS1, N64 and gameboy/GBA vaults with no incident.
If you are paranoid run an antivirus check on them after you download them. If you are so paranoid that you don't even want to download them, get off the internet I guess.
