Trauma Center Second Opinion Broken?

I should preface this with I haven't been using an emulator, rather my own wii. But, the files for this game do not seem to work. I had tried downloading the ISO and converting it to WBFS, and the WBFS itself but neither had worked.
Would someone else be able to test to see if they work?
