Are you sure it's not the emulator or your hardware? That tends to cause those issues more than bad dumps. Given that it also is consistently some form of texture/sprite issue (from what you've typed here), it would be extremely unlikely that all the games are glitched or are bad dumps in that same way.
I have personally run through over 30 different roms and half of the ones ive downloaded have multiple texture issues, sprite issues, text issues and with one of the Ys games there were whole parts of the environment missing when i put it into debug mode. I get everyone has a job but just a slight bit of quality control would really go a long way.
