I doubt Vimm will host a link to proprietary firmware here. I really don't understand what you are having problems with. Follow the guide on the RPCS3 site and it literally walks you through installing the firmware.
Yeah I read the entire thing over like about 8 times and then tried to reinstall it like 5 or 6 times. I'm just gonna wait until Vimm puts like a link to it or something. I have no idea if it they will due to how PS legal stuff but ya know one can hope.
