I think (don't quote me on this) a PS4 emulator is in the works, but as far as I know it has basically no compatibility with anything yet.

As for the PS4 roms, I don't know the state of PS4 emulation but I imagine it can't be very stable as of yet. Doesn't matter though because Vimm has a policy to only carry roms and emulators two consoles out of date. So when the PS6 comes out, maybe. Which, given console lifespans anymore might be in a few weeks...
