Re: GameCube disc format

Avoiding that confusion is why I'd prefer a format that works in both environments. GameCube NKit games are still superior on consoles due to their small size. Scrubbed ISOs are full size when unzipped (1.35G) so you won't fit as many on your hard drive, but other than that they play identically.

So, im glad i checked this. First of all Merry Christmas and thank you for providing the most extensive archive of games available to the public. Secondly id like to say that ive spent alot of time downloading gamecube nkit.iso 7-zip files. When i go to unzip the file it says its corrupted. Only a handful were successfully unzipped. Third, ive been looking to use .nkit files on Swiss. I have 0 interest for dolphin, i enjoy playing on native consoles. So i please please please encourage you to keep Swiss, Nintendont, & USBLoader GX in mind, not just dolphin. The methods to recover nkit to iso and all in between is very confusing and difficult for my windows 10 surface. Youtube tutorials might go along way. Again thank you for all that you do, and i look forward to a reply
