Error #001: Unauthorized device is detected

Hi,
Could anyone explain how to resolve when i burn the usual normal without and changes? When i insert the disc for Mario & Sonic at the London 2012 Olympic Games, i face this issue and happens to other games.
Quite shocking is for Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Games, insert after had not issues at all. After those, i saw some Wii Updates before i click start, and somehow it install other weird home screen apps which like Netflix(?).
I even recover .nkit.iso recovery and convert back to iso seems not to work as well. So could anyone kindly guide me if i didnt anything wrong here?
