Here's something I found on snes9x.com

Basically, SNES9X netplay wasn't popular enough to be supported.
So, it looks like you'll just have to play together on the same computer.

hello i have nestopia and snes9x for windows and the games i've donwloaded work fine, I just cant netplay. i would love to play double dragon 2 with a friend over the internet . help me please.
