Find that giant reddit thread and try searching about this website there, and if there's no posts, ask about it. That's most likely a good way to find info.
You could also feed the website through scamadviser.com, and it shows you statistics that would be deemed untrustworthy, although this isn't always the most reliable thing unless you can look through the data and see for yourself.
It is the ONLY website I can find with a ROM for Tokyo Jungle, and it's been requested a few times lately, but it's not listed on Vimm's trusted sites section, or the giant reddit thread that is actively updated with the sites that are safe to use..
