loading games on multiple Nintendo Minis

Hello there,
I am trying to download games on to my Nintendo Mini. I have successfully have done it to my brother's Mini. However, everytime I open Hakchi 3.8, it shows what games are on my brother's Mini. I tried flashing mine, did not work. I tried re-downloading Hakchi on to a different flash drive, still shows my brothers games. Can you help me figure this issue out please? Thank you very much in advance!!
