But hypothetically speaking if you dump your games then Nintendo won't probably kick your ass for doing so seeing how it's safer than pirating.
And even if you do end up pirating these old games, your ISP won't give 10 craps seeing how old these games are.

This website is not legal, let's put it that way. The law clearly states downloading such software is not acceptable in the eyes of the law, even if you own said software somewhere else.
