Ah okay I'll try your suggestions, I didn't have 7-zip. I thought it would just be as simple as downloading a gba ROM.

I can think of a few solutions to your problem.
But before that, I can tell you that all that you need to do is hit config and then go to paths and add the game you want.
If this method doesn't work, then consider my other solutions down below.
1) the format is in NKIT and not ISO, to fix this, here is the link to download something that can convert it back to ISO https://vimm.net/vault/?p=nkit
2) You either didn't download it properly or you didn't extract the ISO file, first, try and see if you extracted the ISO, if not, you will need 7-zip here https://www.7-zip.org/ if it still doesn't work, try and re-download it again
