That's exactly the problem. I've seen lots of links that don't work or files be deleted due to dmca.
Mega, like pretty much all data hosting services, can get DMCA takedown notices. There's also the fact it's really popular, and I'm pretty sure a lot of companies are scouring these services for any ROMs of theirs.
