Sigh Controller Problem

My controller and computer are having issues. I don't know what's wrong with the controller it looks fine. It seems like every time I lean the wrong way it momentarily lose it detection. It's been doing this the past few days and it's starting to get annoying. Teh worst it got was no detection at all but when I tried later it was detected again like nothing happened. I think i have to reinstall it but I don't know. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what else may help solve the problem? Hanks guys!
