Prince Of Persia Forgotten Sands for Wii

Hi !
Just downloaded the PoP Forgotten Sands for Wii and it's not NTSC-U...
It's says Region Free on Backup Manger but USBLoader says it's PAL.

Anyway to re-upload the WBFS?
