The simple answer, no one can download 2 ROMs at the same time at Vimm's Lair, you need to download it one at a time.

When i try to download a ps2 game it says that im already downloading another game and to cancel it, but i am not downloading another game. And when i click "cancel your download" it just says "Error: Unable to cancel your download." I've tried closing chrome and re opening it and i tried completely restarting my pc. Please i need help!
