I CAN'T EXTRACT GAMES! I KEEP GETTING ERRORS!

I'm trying to extract Super Mario Galaxy, but I Keep Getting errors.

WinRAR says:
The archive is either in unknown format or damaged.
No Archives found

7zip says:
Can not open file as archive.

How do I fix this? Mind you, this is the first Wii game I'm attempting to extract, took me about 2 hours to download.
