hands down, Nintendo Wii, sometimes older depending on if I am adding ot to my RPi4 as an Emulation Station or something.
(Yes I run Windows on my RPi4, I also run Recalbox sometimes...)

I think it would be fun to see which console people emulate games for the most. I personally download gamecube and wii games for the dolphin emu the most
