I use Firefox, Firefox Desktop and Mobile work just fine. if you are using Chrome or a chromium based browser(EX: IE,Chromium,Chrome) and you run into issues, try the Gecko based browser (Firefox)

Hi hel1x, it sounds like a glitch with your browser as every "Download" button here that I have clicked on works.
I use Chrome, if you do then try disabling some or all of your extensions.
If you are using IE/Edge maybe try a different browser
