Depends on what you're emulating. You'll have to check the emulators' and see. I believe the PS2 emu allows you to, but I doubt you'll be about to do with GameCube games since the discs need a special drive.

Is there a way I could read a CD directly from an emulator and play the games without dumping the ISO? If so, which emulators would support this?
