If it works the same as the Nintendo/Genesis/Atari emulators, you start up the emulator first, then load up the game from the emulator.

no, i mean do you drag the file to the other one with the picture of the controller and then the game pops up? i was just wondering cause ive tried other emulators that are a little more confusing.
