Assassin's Creed 3 and Rogue also seem to be missing the empty folder: https://vimm.net/bbs/index.php?p=viewPost&Post=23793
All Assassin's Creed titles require that empty folder (1 through 4, the sequels, etc). I know that Assassin's Creed 4 is missing the folder in the vault, since I've had to help someone having problems running the game.
