Do you have 7z installed? You can't unzip it like a normal zip file.
If not, your download may have become corrupted, and you may need to download the ROM again. I downloaded that game a while back, and was able to decompress it successfully, so it's likely not a problem with the rom at the vault.

for some reason I'm unable to unzip the file for demon souls and I'm wondering what's wrong and if it's something that's fixable
