VisualBoyAdvance installer won't work :(

When i try to open the VBA installer it shows a message:
"Cannot open this installation package. Contact the manufacturer of the application to verify that it is a valid Windows Installer package."
Tried to look out on youtube what to do but nothing helped.
PLS HELP BOIZ!!!!
