I noticed this too, I believe the type of file downloadable for super paper mario has issues with Dolphin, a warning message popped up while booting up a different game. I'm hoping it'll be fixed soon.
As the subject says it is currently listed as download unavailable. No other game I've checked does, so it's an isolated issue.
Hoping it gets fixed, since I'd rather not deal with two conversions to make it wbfs I have to do if I get it from the the archive.org collection ._.
